Bill Blasters are immobile enemies first encountered at the Stardust Fields. They do not appear on the Adventure Field, but instead appear alongside other enemies when the Mario Bros. engage in combat. Bullet: Bill Blaster fires a Bullet Bill at Mario or Luigi. Jump when the Bullet Bill draws near to dodge. Landing on a Bullet Bill deals no damage. (pg. 33)
